Step 1: Discovery & Consultation

This is where your journey begins. We take the time to understand your goals, your space, and what you want to achieve. We’ll explore your ideas, challenge them if needed, and make sure we’re crystal clear on your brief.

Once we’ve nailed down your vision, we carry out a technical site survey and assessment to ensure everything is feasible and practical. Getting this part right sets the foundation for a successful, stress-free project.

Step 2: Absolute Design

Now the fun begins. Our team brings your brief to life with a customised, imaginative design proposal. Using everything we've learned—plus our deep industry knowledge—we create playgrounds that are exciting, inclusive, and built with purpose.

We’ll present the proposal using 2D layouts, 3D visuals, image boards, and specification sheets, all tailored to help you fully visualise the scheme. And of course, your feedback helps shape the final plan.

Step 3: Installation & Transformation

Once you've approved the design and confirmed we're the right fit, we schedule and manage the full installation process.

Our experienced team handles everything with care, professionalism, and great communication. You’ll have a dedicated project manager, and we’ll work with you to make sure onsite logistics run smoothly with minimal disruption. Quality craftsmanship and safety are always top of mind.

Step 4: Playtime & Aftercare

With your new space complete, it’s time for the best part—letting the children explore and enjoy! But we don’t just walk away.

You’ll receive a tailored aftercare pack and be introduced to your key account manager, who’ll be on hand to answer any questions and ensure your equipment delivers long-lasting value. We’re always here for ongoing support and advice.
